News Supplement – Event in January

This was my attempted at a news story about a support group that is happening in January. This in my opinion is really good as it is informing and allowing people to opportunities to get more help and support. If i had more time i would keep going back over it making sure that the most important information was at the top, also taking into consideration the wording.

A Hull hotel is inviting diabetics along with their friends and family to a support group tomorrow (5^TH JANUARY).

The event organized by Hull and District diabetes support group

hosts the hull and district diabetes support group session which will provide, Help and support for all diabetics, carers, family and friends, existing & newly diagnosed.

Guest speakers at the Mercure Hull Royal hotel will include consultants, specialist nurses, pharmacists, opticians and dieticians.

The doors open from 7-9pm

The event is free and there are no Joining Fees and no Subscription Fees

News Supplement – December Event

Beverley Festival of Christmas at Beverley Saturday Market

Takes place Sun 13 Dec 2015

Beverly is throwing a Christmas festival at the market. Which is the largest Festival of its kind in Yorkshire. This year on 13th December, it is expected to have over 100 festive stalls, music, performances and so much more. There will be something for everyone. Even small children from a visit from Santa and a fairground.

And best of all, it’s free.

Please note, the deadline for a stall place has closed this year, but always opportunities next time around.
